  • 1 & 1/2 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin (Jeera)
  • 1/2 Tsp Caraway Seeds (Ajwain)
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric (Haldi)
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Cup Water (240 ml)
  • Some Chopped Tomatoes
  • Grated Cheese
  • Some Oil
  • Salt as per Taste

Preparations of Simple Besan Chilla

To make Basan Chilla, first of all we will take 1 & 1/2 cup gram flour in a bowl and add 1/2 TSP cumin seeds along with it. if you want to increase more taste of besan chilla then we will add 1/2 tsp caraway seed .

Now you want make besan chilla more color full, then add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.

1/2 tsp will also add red chili powder, To make Spicy, 1 TSP will add Ginger Garlic Paste.

Also, we will add salt according to our taste, and mix properly all ingredients.

Now we will use 1 cup of water with the mixture so that the batter is ready.

If you mix the batter for 2,3 minutes, then you must have seen the batter mixed well.

Now we are ready to go, now next process we will heat the griddle.

After the griddle heat, we will put the gram flour mixture on it and make it spherical with the help of a spoon.

If the besan chilla cooks from the side of the lower side, now we will add Chopped Tomatoes over it.

Along with this, the grated cheese will also be used with Besan chilla , which will make the taste even more.

And we will also add some oil which will bring some softness in the under side of besan chilla.

Now we will fold Besan Chilla from one side and take it out in a plate.

Now in the same process, all the besan chilla will be prepared and taken out in the plate. And can also provide breakfast to the guests who come home.
