Honey Chilli Potato Easy Recipe
Honey Chili Potato Recipe: Many people like us have tried Chili Potato in a road side Chinese van. But now you too can make them in sauce in your house, after eating them you will forget the Chinese veg. It is very easy to make, you can try it at home yourself and whenever you want to eat Chili Potato, you can make and eat it in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients for making Honey Chilli Potato: Potatoes are cut lengthwise and deep fried after maize flour or all purpose flour coating. Then it is made by adding capsicum, onion, salt soy sauce and how to serve it. How to serve Honey Chilli Potato: Honey Chilli Potato is an easy snack, you can make it with gravy as well as dry. Honey Chili Potato is served by adding white sesame seeds.
Ingredients for of Honey Chilli Potato Serve( 🍽 ) 3–4
For Potatoes
- 2 potatoes, sliced
- 3–4 tablespoons flour / all purpose flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Oil to deep fry
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 (chopped with stalks) green onions
- 1 capsicum, sliced
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Salt to taste
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp white sesame seeds
- 3 tsp chili sauce
Preparations for honey chilli potato
For Potatoes:
In a bowl, mix flour or all purpose flour , salt and red chili powder together.
Then add chopped potatoes and mix well. Keep in mind, the potatoes should be completely wrapped in the mixture.
Deep fry the potatoes in a pan till they become golden in color. Keep the side.
For gram flour
Put oil, garlic paste and green chopped onions in a pan and fry for a minute on high heat.
Now add capsicum, honey, salt, soy sauce and chili sauce. Fry lightly for two to three minutes.
Then add fried potatoes and white sesame seeds and mix well. Serve hot.
If you eat onion and garlic, you can use both these things while making Honey Chili Potato.
Apart from this, you can also use green onions to garnish the Honey Chili Potato.
