Whole Multigrain Idli Recipes At Home

  • 1 Cup Raw Rice
  • 1/4 Cup Urad Dhal
  • 1/4 Cup Ragi
  • 1/4 Cup Moong Dhal
  • 1 tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Horse Grain (Optional)
  • Salt as to taste

Preparations of Multigrain Idli

First of all, to make multigrain idli, we take 1 cup raw rice in a bowl and add 1/2 cup of water with it.

After adding water with raw rice, we’ll put it on the side.

Now take 1/4 cup of urad dhal and soak it with water. With this, take 1/4 cup ragi in a separate bowl and soak it.

Now we will take 1/4 cup of moong dhal and soak it in the same way with water.

Now take 2 tabs horse grain in a separate bowl, this is optional, you can also add it if you want.

Will also soak it with water.

Immediately soak all the gain when all the ingredients are ready and ready then the next process starts.

Now we will take a mixer to grind all, first we will prepare fine batter by grinding rice + fenugreek seeds.

Seconds, after taking all the grains together, grind them with properly and make a fine batter.

Now, we will mix all the batter together in a bowl and add salt according to your taste.

Now using the hands, we will mix well, And keep the bowl covered for 8 hours so that the multigrain idli is ready by making it soft.

After 8 hours, you can see batter little thickening,

Now we will take a tray made of idli and fill the grain batter into it, Now we will heat the water in the pan and place the idli tray on it and cover it properly.

Once the cook on one side is done, move the idli on the other side and in the same way, you will cook all the idli.

After all the multigrain idli ready we will come out in a plate and can feed everyone at home.
