  • 1 Cup Rice Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Cumin Powder
  • Salt As Per Taste
  • 1 Green Chili Chopped
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1Tsp Baking Powder
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Cup Water(according to batter consistency)
  • Oil for Fry

Preparation of Team Time Snacks

First we will take a bowl medium size, after that we will put 1 cup rice flour in the bowl.

After rice flour, we will use 1/2 cup of wheat flour and we will mix both ingredients together.

After mixing it with properly, now we will add 1/2 cup of cumin powder along with salt according to your taste.

We will again mix the cumin powder with the flour properly, so that the snacks become even more tasty.

To make the tea time snack a little choppy, we will add 1 chopped green chili, as well as chopped 1 onion. to make the snack a bit soft, we will also use 1 tsp baking powder.

Chopped fresh coriander leaves will also be added to increase more taste of tea time Snacks,

add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix them all properly.

Now we will add water to ready our dough so that batter consistency can be made with properly.

After the batter consistency is ready, the batter will be kept for 30 minutes so that the snacks are ready to be made even more soft.

After keeping the batter for 30 minutes, now we will mix it again with the good.

Now we will take a pan to fry the snacks and add oil to it, Oil will be allowed to heat on medium flame. Oil will fry the snacks one by one after heating.
